Another photo removed retrospectively

I've had another photo removed retrospectively; this time because of someone's face showing but really it was just her lips and chin.

What are the rules? Is it a complete blank out of someone's face?

I'm guessing it is a rule change because I've had that photo on for two years without any issues.

Guessing someone has reported it. I'm sure admin don't just go looking back through pics from years ago.

Are there rules? We've seen profiles for single males with women on. Not sure if it's their wives, fwb or some random lady.
