My single account not getting photo verified

Hi, I opened a single account over a week ago, I've tried to photo verify it so I can continue to use it but it's stuck on the screen saying to refresh to check if I've been verified.

Could someone tell me why it's not verifying?

Does it meet all the photo verify rules? Contact admin and ask them to look into it

As far as I can tell it meets the all guidelines, I can't contact them via the account. Very annoying

From other threads I have seen.

Log out of fab. Then use the contact button stating the name of the account you are having issues with.
