What's happening, I know admins are in short supply but had friends past and new on here waiting for over a week for verification....I even tested it myself with a new profile and still nothing 4 days later , how can we grow our community if everyone new is locked out ?

Not everyone new is locked out.

If profiles don't get approved they are either not allowed on the site or the picture has not met the criteria
