Hi I have tried upgrading using my phone have try 3 times now an got no code back I tex swing to 79100 is this right has any one got any ideas I have done it before an was OK???

Unless EE have put in some sort of restriction..

You are not normally charged if you don't recieve a pin.

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

I know some have used the service before but sometimes your network puts the restriction back on and you have to call them again, EE did it to me a few times. If you have the app on some networks you can take the restriction off from there

If all else fails, contact Admin for help
