Hi, is it possible to have my status changed from M to TV/TS, as this is more accurate now?

You could use the contact us at the bottom of your profile and pick admin and discuss with them would give you the correct answer plus any assistance

Wouldn't hold my breath, they have changed mine from single female to couple for no reason and refuse to answer me when I contact them, very poor service.

Your profile states your husband will be with you for meets as a chaperone so that will be why it has been changed.
