FabSwingers.com forum: Delay with changing 'Online Now' status

Does anyone else have an issue with Online Now? I message a person showing as Online, and then a couple of minutes later do a refresh to find the person has been offline for 5-10 minutes. It's a bit embarrassing messaging offline people for meets. I am using an Android phone. HELP!!

Fab automatically logs you out about 5 mins after no activity. That's why it can show as online then not online 5 mins ago.

I actually would prefer if there was an option to hide the fact you are online apart from having to hide your profile.

Agreed, we're taking a break and are checking messages occasionally at the moment.

I've suggested this facility at least 10 times over the years I've been here.

I love the site, but this would be the icing on the cake for me

Since Whatsapp started this feature, my life is so much better!

I'm sure the women of fab will just love an accurate down to the second offline/online fab. Hounded for meets when they're probably trying to reply no thanks to 400 dick pics. An 'appear offline' would help more.

Don't message when it says someone is online... It's when everyone else messages and it's really fucking annoying... The blue dot/online status needs to go!

I'm puzzled why you may find it embarrassing messaging if the user is offline because amount some ladies receiving it would still be lost among the pile

I wouldn't think it's something to be really annoyed with its how technology can work like most sites which I believe no one has control over would you still expect a response if you were offline but they had read your message
