why dont admin answer your message about a question. ?

we know that all admin and mods are volanteers ,

but we find it very frustrating and rude

that no one replys.

we have sent four messages to , mods and admin and have had no reply ????

Can you imagine the amount of mails they get? Do you think you could answer them all individually?

but if you have a question that only admin can resolve, and you contact admin, wouldnt you expect a reply ?? .

I'm a mod who answered your email very promptly yesterday giving you the link to contact admin. Mods aren't admin.

Admin can take 48 hours or more to answer, I recommend patience
