We can't send text msg for get the support.maybe because we live in Athens, we dont use credit card...how we do it ???

Text/call only works if you are in the UK. Credit card or not upgrading and continuing to use the site for free are your two options

We don't have enough people in greece upgrading to offer local text/call upgrades.
