Videos not playing

Hi I’m a silver site supporter 17 days to go till I have to renew but for the last 2 days I can’t play videos . I end up after about 10 seconds getting the play icon with a line through it , any ideas ?

Try deleting the browser and reload it I had similar issues at times it could be just junk as apps need to be unloaded and reloaded to function properly
