Verification won’t send

I’m trying to send a veri to someone I know on here and when I send it I get the message that says it’s saved but it isn’t being received by the other person. Is there anyone who can check this out perhaps please?

I understand that being able to leave a verification also depends upon how message filters are configured.

If either of you have filters on they veri wont go through or if you both have shared a wifi connection ot wont go through either
