A friend of mine is a member on here and has been blocked from her account, asking for a verification picture which she's already done when joining. It's blocked me from browsing her profile.

Anyone have any insight to what the problem may be?

She's adamant that she's done nothing to deserve a ban so we're a bit puzzled to say the least.

If she is being asked for a PV then as soon as she uploads one she will be able to use the site
