Is there a problem with the text service I’ve tried a couple of times and Havnt got nothing back

Tried this, but it's no help really because it just points to phone provider problem, which I know I don't have. Ha ing sent two texts and forked out the network charges for those, I really don't want to go down the phone call upgrade route as it's more expensive.

Yes, and I have it enabled still no reply text though and phone call option is more expensive.

The try again making a request via the contact us and maybe choose the bug/error option
