Blocked but friends

I was chatting to someone yesterday who I added as a friend as I would like to meet him.

This morning I went to respond to his last message but it says I cannot reply with the yellow line with why in it but doesn't say why underneath?

I also cannot view his profile and it has the standard message of either I have blocked him or he has blocked him or user is suspended yet he is still showing on my friends list??

I have blocked people by accident mainly when I am on the phone not the pc. Or his account is suspended?

I haven't blocked him, checked just to make sure but I suppose he could have blocked me, I thought it would say something when I tried to send him a message but it doesn't

Sounds like he blocked you I am afraid. He'll show on your friends list until you remove him or block him yourself.

How odd then as we were getting on so well, looking at meeting but no big deal, just though it odd that when I tried to send him a message it didn't say anything

Odd though as he is not showing on my friends list but when I click to view his profile, it still says we are friends

If he's blocked you then you wont be able to message him.

Ive replied to someone and they replied to me (quite nasty) when I clicked reply it clearly told me I was blocked.

I added him to my block list so he couldnt unblock me and message again and I reported the message.

It was clear I had been blocked though, guess he expected me to report him

I just found it odd, as I said above that when I clicked on his profile it showed us as friends yet he wasn't on my friends list. No big deal now as he had left the site

A similar thing happened to a friend of mine. She just dissapeared but I also contact her outside fab.

She has been banned from fab and doesn't know why. She received a message saying she was banned and that to claim back her remaining subscription, she had to write to the address and that she would receive a cheque.

She lives not far from me and I can vouch that unless she has committed a serious protocol breach unintentionally, she is a decent person. Could I find out for her what her transgression has been?

The message to her must have said why and really, if you message Admin, they won't talk to you, only her
