This has come unexpected and cannot understand why. Grateful for your advice.

Someone may know your email address and have typed it into the forgotten password bit at login. If you're concerned, change your password on your email account and on here, sometimes email hackers do this.

If you're using hotmail, it's the most hacked of all the emails.
