Photo’s headache

It’s quite difficult on this site with photos. I work away and mainly photos are screen shot but you can see me and other half in them. I upload two, the original to see us both and a blurred one as like to be private. All the time rejected rejected ??. You’re not in the photo rejected, how can you be in a photo and not want identity show at the same time ?

You can’t use screen shots, so they will get rejected.

It’s easy enough to take non identifying pics

Screenshots are not allowed. If it is pictures of others their faces need to be totally obscured. You also have to be in the picture with them

Ok understand a screenshot but why do I have to be in the photo? How can it be kept personal and my identity if I have to be shown in it?

Why do you have to be in the photo? I must have misunderstood that question because it seems so obvious to me.

It's your account. If you're not in the photo, how do fab know you're not just posting photos of other people that you have nothing to do with. And the fact you're uploading screenshots (why?) just adds to that.

I work abroad a lot. The miss understanding is I don’t want face to be seen in photo so if it’s blurred out how can it be me? I’m sure I’ll get around it, admin just said about a couples account which I did not know about so maybe that what I need to do..

Just add body pics.

Look at my pics, or any other account and you’ll see lots of pics that are not identifying

Can you crop the faces out?

Use real photos not screen shots. You can edit the photo and either crop out the faces or blur them.

I don't understand if they are photos of you why you need to use screen shots.

If your uploading pic of you and your other half then really you need a couples account.. am still not understanding why you need to use screenshots?

Others in your photo OK so long as faces are obscured and you have permission. You can have other people in your photos too (to clarify, you must also be in the photo) so long as you have their permission to upload to your account on here AND their faces are obscured (face pixellated or blacked out; just blacking out the eyes is NOT ok).

I am a bit confused so will explain the rules. You can blur out your own face if you want, but another persons face needs to be totally obscured. You have to be in any pic you upload as it is your profile.

To start a couples profile you will just need another E-mail
