Can’t post in forum

My husband has our couples profile but he can’t create a post in the forum & can’t comment in them either, does anyone know why? Any help would be appreciated xx

He will need to contact admin from that profile.

I had to send a few messages before I was able to use the forums. Also have a joint profile.
