My 4th post now in the last 4 weeks with no reply.

We have 2 messages right now but it’s only showing 1 even when we delete the message it will still show we have a message when we don’t see 1.

Can someone please let us know why this is happening.

Its probably in a message thread, sometimes someone send u a message then another straight after and it shows 1 unread.. try going through all your message threads and see if theres 1 showing as unread or try going bacl to the old mailbox and clearing cookies cache etc

As your on a mobile, open your inbox and you'll see one of these two things at the top of the page: 'There is a new look mailbox. Tap for info'. or 'You're on the new mailbox. Tap for info.'

Whichever it is, tap it. then change the mailbox style. That should help you.

You could also try the good old favourite of logging out and back in again.
