Is there a way to remove people from the hotlist who's last logon was more than 12 months ago?

The reason I ask is because the maximum number of people you can VIEW on your hotlist is capped at 250 however it still allows you to add people indefinitely.

I can't remove the older ones as I can't see them. So I was wondering if admin can do something in the background?

You can remove from their profile. On the top left hand corner of their profile it gives you the option to remove from hotlist.

The problem is I don't know who's on there.

The only reason I know they're there is because they popup occasionally on my hotlist updates but when I got to the hotlist to remove them I can't find them.

I will try that for the ones I do see.
