Photo verification error

Hi,

My friend is trying to verify her account by photo and keeps getting an error message type screen saying "you need to photo verify to complete registration."

She has tried to ohoto verify but now cant get off that screen and he account has dissappeared when i search for it.

Can anybody help???

None of the mods can do anything....

Op. Ask your friend to contact admin. Only they can help.

You don't need to be logged in to contact admin so maybe try doing it that way.
