You may have a spending cap on your acccount, you can removing online by going to their website.

This seems to be an ongoing issue for a few weeks now and i can’t do it myself either at the moment either.

Can one of the admins if its not to much hassle bother them fucking selves to sort this out?

I don't believe Admins are responsible for your phone provider. You could try doing as I suggested.
