Posting a verification

A lovely couple has tried to post a verification for us 4 times now but they just won’t save we’ve tried all previous suggested ideas… they aren’t blocked ect we have no idea why it’s not working

Are they verified themselves? If not then you will need to verify them first.

Are they on your friends list?

I've had veris not come through to me because a profile was outwith my filters & not on my friends list. You can add them as a friend or edit your filters then edit them back once the verification is through.

If you shared an internet connection the veri wont go through either or if you have filters on

Did the person have to resend the veri or did the original one come through

We had a couple of people veri us this week neither of which come through, & the only issue I can think of is they may have been out of our 'looking for' age preference

It doesn't really matter I just feels bit guilty as I promised to veri one back but don't have their name

I believe they would have to send it again once your filters allow it.
