is it possible to block a specific email address so that person cant keep creating profiles and making contact etc?

No that isn't possible for you to do. they could use a different e-mail everytime anyway. You can use your filters to block genders and newbies though

Change ur name ur pic and the details on ur page that way when they come back they wont know its you
