Red rosettes badge/icon

Does anyone know what the red rosette badge / icon means. We have seen it next to a few folks name on the updates page (normally when they have a verification). Doesn't show in the profile. Have seen this on members with even just 5 verifications so doesn't seem to be related to the number of verifications you have.

It shows up at a certain number of verifications, like milestones (5, 10, 100, stuff in between and beyond)
