Hello

Have been receiving emails from males, which I don’t want

In message filters I’ve changed the setting to block males

However I am still getting messages from males

Am I doing something wrong?

Are they men who have messaged before, or completely new? It sounds like you have the correct filtering steps

If they have messaged you before and you have replied even to say no thanks then any future messages from them will bypass the filter system.

Which you'll need to block them via the drop down menu on their profile to stop receiving

Ah ok that’s what it is.

I’ve sent polite no thanks and it’s those guys still messaging
