Simple answer - You don't.

At least one of you needs to be verified by a verified user. Just attend a social or club and you'll be able to get verified.

You could, but many of dismiss cam veris, as we assume people with them never meet for real.

Also having verifications of any type won't necessarily help attract ppl. They are a useful tool, but not necessarily the main way ppl appraise whether a member meets their acceptability requirements for meeting.
