Video won't upload

Every time I try to upload a video I get a 'page cannot be reached' (or words to that effect) message and it doesn't upload. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

What is the size and video format of the file you are trying to upload?

To avoid long uploads and failures I convert the file to MP4, compress/ reduce resolution and cut the clip to the maximum length which I believe is 1 minute.

There will be free apps to do all the above. Hope that helps.
