Youve been verified as a couple can you not just make a new account? If not ask admin they might change it

Yes I am a man. I can’t seem to see an option to change so maybe I just need to delete the couple one and set up a fresh one. Thanks for the advice x

As you are verified as a single male.

The advice usually given is set up a new account. All that is needed is a different email address.
