Hi can anyone help, my wife is in the process of setting up a singles profile she sent her verification picture last night but her new account still isn’t active yet. Anyone have an idea how long it takes admin to verify these days?

Unfortunately there is no set period so it will happen when it happens frustrating I know but that’s all anyone can say

I have heard of it taking a few days for photo verification, though admin say it should be within hours (or even less) normally.
