Could your partner have deleted it?

Only someone who has the password can delete a profile.

Silly question I know, but are you sure you are spelling the profile name correctly when logging in?

Yes I’m sure.

I’ve checked and double checked but it’s not worked.

I also clicked forgotten password and entered email address and that hasn’t worked either
