"I've been up all night trying to get back on my new single profile, there's something wrong with the email address from what I can see even though it's been varified. Isn't there anyone who can help me please. Admin please can you help me as I've just spent £15 becoming a site supporter. I'm absolutely gutted this is happening. I really need to see if the email needs to be reset but need admin to do that. "PS have you tried putting in your username to log in rather than your E-mail ( you can use either )" I've tried both, when I put my user name it's saying not recognizing email. I've tried to reset password but nothing is going to my email address yet my paid membership did and I got an email confirming my email. I've tried everything. At first I thought it was my password but nothing is being sent to my email. So I had to come on my joint profile, tbh I don't use this profile right now but it was the only way I could try and get help xx | |||

I've only got 2 emails, I've checked them thoroughly including junk boxes, I've had email from when I signed up and from paying to be a silver member but nothing else at all. Reports from a profile and contacting Admin from the contact are two different things and the response time is totally different | |||
