Locked out of my new single profile

Please can admin help me, I've had to message off my joint profile as I've been locked out of my new single profile I set up yesterday. I even paid silver membership. When I logged out I've not been able to log into. It's saying email and password not recognized. I know it's the correct email as I had 2 emails off fab to confirm my email address and payment for becoming a silver supporter. My profile is Bdsm chix. I've tried about 30 times to request a new password but not once have I received any emails to change it. I've tried to message for help on my joint and single profile but it states I probably won't get a reply.. Please is there anyone who can help me. I've just spent £15 to become a site supporter. I've no clue what's happened.

Have you tried contacting the site owners directly use the contact button at end of the page on your main site x good luck k

Hi, I've messaged them a few times off my joint profile but not heard nothing back. I've been trying since 11pm last night and worried now I wil loose my new profile. Thankyou for commenting, I really appreciate it xxx

They may have been in bed, be patient, the site is not manned 24 hours a day

PS have you tried putting in your username to log in rather than your E-mail ( you can use either )

It doesn't. People are getting confused. It can take up to 48 hours for reports to be dealt with.

If you contact Admin through the contact link it is dealt with when they log in ( if they can help )

I've tried both, when I put my user name it's saying not recognizing email. I've tried to reset password but nothing is going to my email address yet my paid membership did and I got an email confirming my email. I've tried everything. At first I thought it was my password but nothing is being sent to my email. So I had to come on my joint profile, tbh I don't use this profile right now but it was the only way I could try and get help xx

They will help you from the contact link. Your other profile would have to be not logged in for over 12 hours before they can though so don't expect an answer before then

I've just looked from my joint profile and it's showing 12 hrs I been logged out so fingers are crossed xx

I've only got 2 emails, I've checked them thoroughly including junk boxes, I've had email from when I signed up and from paying to be a silver member but nothing else at all. Ive honestly tried everything xxx

Just gutted I can't log in at all, keep saying unrecognized email but I've had my email varified earlier when I set my new profile up xx

You did, but it was the wrong advice as explained.

Reports from a profile and contacting Admin from the contact are two different things and the response time is totally different
