How do I do this as I never have a option to upload to public!! Why is that

when you upload a photo it automatically gives you 3 choices . Public,friend only or private. You just tick the applicable box

As you already have 13 public photos and 15 friends only on your profile I don't understand what you are questioning.

Yea but I mean it been in where the New public photos are but does it be in there when I upload a new picture to my profile
