Blocking

Quick question as I can never find a mod in chat that knows the answer...

I blocked and reported someone on Friday in chat for being abusive, today they are not showing up on my block list (although there were there yesterday) I know they are still on the site, as they are still on my partners block list, but even when I do a name search on my profile they are not showing up.

I know admin can do a mutual block, would this then take them off my block list altogether??
