older messages gone

at one point all the messages I had not deleted showed up within reason, now for some reason I have only messages from the last 6 weeks, have the old ones gone for good??

You will have to delete the recent ones to bring the others to the top.

I have tried, but the furthest back only go about 6 weeks or so, there were a couple of phone numbers I didn't write down or it wouldn't be a big deal...

i only seem to able to have one page of messages at one time I used to be able to keep loads

They do get removed after a certain length of time. I guess if you haven't read them in over 6 weeks the theory is your not bothered about them lol

I have had the same problem with "sent messages". Anything more than 6 days old has been deleted from my sent items. I had left a few messages on there but all of a sudden they have disappeared!

i only seem to have one page of messages before we used to have how ever many pages xxxxx is that normal or a prob with my new comp

If you want (old) messages to be saved indefinitely, you need to donate and have them "saved" and in your saved inbox.

Admin will delete "old" messages over time whenever they do routine maintenance to free up server space etc.

Would suggest you mail admin direct with any issues you have about your profiles inbox contents (or lack of), if you feel there's is a bug or something not right.

try joining a gold membership for a one off month and as many old messages should return .it did for me
