Problem with cam

Up till today my cam used to work with new chat

Tried today and the start cam box is missing and I can't see anyone's cam either

Tried all the advice on here but no luck

cant remember exactly,,but there is an older version that allows the cam to work,,there is some threads about it here,,but you will have to search them out
