What internet app are you using on your phone?

Because if your on an iPhone for example you need to be using the the safari internet app otherwise you cant go live on your webcam…

I have a new laptop & can't get the camera to work on here either. Had no problem with my old laptop & there seems to be no way to unblock or activate the camera.

Try a different browser. For sone reason Chrome has just starting locking my cam out.
