Probably a good idea to upload a new verification pic with just the lady holding the username. Your profile has been photo verified as a couple so if it’s just a lady now, you’ll need to prove that (or else could be the lady that has left and the man staying on pretending to be a woman). Otherwise, why not delete and start a new profile
