Age restrictions

We have on our profile the age range we are interested in but still getting messages from the ages we are not interested in? I’ve updated the age range and it does say on our profile the age range but it doesn’t seem to be working

Have you set this in your message filters?

Just putting the age range in your profile won't block messages you need to go into message filters and set it to block people outside your age range.
