We have friends in exactly the same situation. Registered and all seemed well, upgraded to site supporter and then within minutes were locked out of their account. I've messaged admin on their behalf but haven't heard anything back yet.

I just checked in with my friends and they still haven't heard anything. I also haven't received a reply to the message I sent to admin.
