Hey all, a friend is unable to post on the forum, everyone she clicks post it directs her to start a new thread. Anyone got any ideas?

When you click to reply or reply and quote, like I am doing now, it says "New Forum Post" above the text box.

Could it be that?

I don't know why but it confused me when I first started commenting on posts too.

Tell them to contact admin. I had the same issue and they sorted it for me.
