For some reason it's showing that we have one unread message but been though the lot and carnt find any unread message???? Any ideas x

Switch between the new mailbox and the old one, then back.

It'll probably dissappear.

My Own Little World

Switch to the old style mail box and you should find the message there, you may have to delete some newer messages as it may have dropped off the page. You can then swap back to the new style.
