Ok this is a bit of a weird one.

Two friends have rejoined in the last 6 weeks or so having deleted old profiles. They are both verified and past the 2 week window for being able to comment on the forum. But when they try to reply they get a message saying 'post new topic'.

Is this a known fault or is it some sort of shadow ban for rejoining?

They have to ask admin from contact button only they can sort it
