Sent photo verification twice

Hi

I've created a new page with a new partner (predator-prey). We've submitted a photo for verification twice now and the page still says we need to be photo verified.

He also has a single account on here (timoglock).

Can someone let me know what the issue is please?

Have you done the photo correctly as per the instructions?

I know this has been an issue for a few people recently.
