Profile has changed from single to couple

A friend has let me know my profile has changed from a single woman to an MF couple. I don't know how it happened and can't find how to change it back! Can anyone help me?!

Someone mustve reported it only admin can change it, contact them from the link on home page

Your profile says you're married, therefore, you're a couple.

If you mention a partner in a profile it will be classed as a couple

So if you’re swinging as a single don’t mention them and ask admin to change it
