Blocking males from messaging

We have the above in place but guys we previously chatted to, can still message us. Is there a way to block all males (except friends) from messaging us?

Only manually.

If you've already chatted then you'll have to block individually as they'll be outside filters. But then that's a full block so no future contact and they won't be able to view your profile.

As soon as you have messaged someone the filters no longer apply so you would have to individually block each person.
