I paid for site support silver badge by text will I get a reminder when it's running out

On the My Account page on both the desktop site and the mobile site it tells you how many days you have left.

I don't think you get a reminder in any other way.

Yes you do get a reminder, tells you if you top up now you will get 10 days extra etc

From the Site Support FAQ's

Do you bill/text each month automatically?

NO, it's a one off. If you want to renew it's up to you we'll remind you on the site and you can text in again if you choose. We think so-called "recurring billing" is sneaky and we'll never do it.
