From their profile on the right is a drop down menu gives you the option/options

They have hidden their profile now all I have is the two account names they are using.

One account is in my block list but if I unblock they might have it hidden.

it seems to be a new thing accounts are doing to avoid getting reported.

You can still report from your blocked list without unblocking.

Go to your list click on the profile when you get the message say you can't look due to block etc click the menu button there is then the option to report.
