My webcam won't work in the chat room and I can't see anyone else's! Can someone help please

Its a long shot but there are 'Java' updates to download.

Do you know how to find your camera through 'Control Panel'? Make sure your drivers are updated and you dont have a yellow warning symbol next to it.

Type your laptop or camera into google with what the problem is and that will send you somewhere which will help, hopefully.
