profile needs approval

a good friend of mine and old school member has been trying to resign up... but keeps getting profile needs approval..

Can anyone help.

This happened to a friend of mine... He tried rejoining after deleting his profile and got the profile approval thing, which didn't go away for days.

He then started again using his phone instead of PC and that worked fine. Not sure why but if they have that option may be worth trying.

They aren't trying to use the same computer as you are they? It could be a system in place to prevent fake profiles. Just a thought.

Actually, yes, they are, however, I left and rejoined a few months later and didn't have an issue - same computer, same IP address.

No joy from what I know. And we used to have two couples profiles that we registered from same pcs so can't see that being the problem.

I think i get what you mean! She's been on and off before - she's tried a couple of times this time but keeps getting the same problem.
