My partner is trying to get the password back for her old profile, but doesn’t have access to the email address she used. Can anyone help?

I'm not sure if this is possible as you've mentioned not knowing the email as theirs no proof it's your account...

If she starts a new profile and PV it, she should then contact Admin from the contact link and they will help her get into the old profile

No good modern website actually stores passwords anymore. They use a technique called password hashing, basically storing the result of what your password created when put through an algorithm. This is irreversable.

When you logon the same algorith is applied to your password you've entered and the result is compared to the original result that was stored - if it matches then it grants access.
