So a female friend has signed up, got photo verified however isn’t able to send/receive messages and her account doesn’t show up when you search her username.

I suggested that she might need to become a site supporter however when she goes onto the site supporter page it said “Sorry, We’re not accepting upgrades at the moment”.

However I was able to upgrade my account with no issues?

It won’t be anything to do with being a site supporter or not.

Advise your friend to contact admin.
